Polish Voice! Voice of Poland!

I must admit that no programme from the "searching for a star" genre has made such a positive impression on me as yesterday’s episode of Voice of Poland! Above all, a huge plus for the standard of the contestants. Even when compared with X-Factor, for me it is like night and day. Without taking anything away from my favourite, Gienek Loska, and the girls, in my opinion there was no true male or female vocalist there. Szpak? A good show, but in my view lacking a truly good voice.

I am rarely inclined to discuss television programmes, but yesterday for 2.5 hours I basically did not get out of my armchair ;) I must also admit that the entire jury was excellently chosen and conducted themselves with complete decorum. I wonder whether the overall quality, in which "voice" surpasses other programmes, results from the fact that it is produced by TVP, from longer preparations and more thorough selection, or simply from luck that such contestants happened to apply? In any case, I am proud to be Polish ;) I recommend the next episode, the first live one, next Saturday.
