Clinical Roots
I began medical studies in 2006 at the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, then continued at Wroclaw Medical University, where I received my medical degree in 2012. Even during my studies, I started building projects at the intersection of medicine and technology.
From Degree to Specialization
In 2019 I defended my doctoral dissertation at Wroclaw Medical University. The thesis “Does peritoneal lavage during laparoscopy increase the inflammatory response of tissues? An experimental study” combined experimental work with surgical practice. In March 2020 I passed the board examination in Pediatric Surgery with a grade of 4.5.
International Fellowships
Cincinnati Fetal Center, Cleveland Clinic (USA), and Clinica Cavadas (Spain) — experience gained at leading centres for fetal surgery, microsurgery, and reconstruction.

Clinical Work, Research
& Entrepreneurship
Alongside clinical work at the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Urology in Wroclaw, I develop projects at the intersection of medicine and technology. Since 2012, I have been co-building the Infermedica AI system — first as a Medical Content Editor, and since 2019 as Head of Clinical Validation.
In 2015, I founded MEDUCASE Ltd, a MedTech company developing case-based medical education platforms. Earlier, in 2009, I created PrzypadkiMedyczne.pl — a scientific journal and educational forum that has served students and physicians for years.
